Welcome To The "FUCK IT" List Zone:

Surviving cancer three times has made me hyperaware of the ticking clock that hangs over every single person’s life....especially my own. I have no control over it. I can’t control whether my cancer comes back tomorrow or I die peacefully at ninety-nine.But what I can control… is how I live my FUCKING life.

And I WANT TO FUCKING LIVE IT.

That’s what the FUCK IT List Zone is all about ... giving yourself permission to live. To try the scary shit, the cringey shit, and to celebrate all the random, imperfect, chaotic things that happen in between the “planned” moments. Because life isn’t a highlight reel , it’s a blooper reel, and if you’re lucky, you learn to laugh through the outtakes.

You Are Now Entering…THE “FUCK IT” LIST ZONE(DO-DO-DO-DO-DO-DO-DO-DO):

Hey guys, it's me again, your host, Krystal — professional disaster survivor, chaos navigator, and queen of finding meaning in the mess. And this week’s episode? It’s all about diving headfirst into the madness with my Splenda baby, my BABY BOY UH! My husband, my husband, my HUSBAND , and my favorite FUCK IT List partner in crime, Drew.

But here’s the thing, the FUCK IT List Zone isn’t just about us. It’s not a couples-only bucket list or some self-help nonsense. It’s a movement. A mindset. A giant permission slip for anyone to stop waiting for life to calm down before they start actually living it.

Because between the heavy plot twists, the heartbreaks, and the hard-won lessons, we all need the fun. The ridiculous. The spontaneous chaos that reminds us we’re still here, still breathing, and still capable of saying, “FUCK IT — let’s go.”

EPISODE 3 HIGHLIGHTS:

Drew’s side of the chaos:

  • Lived in Europe as a kid: biked through cherry orchards, visited castles, and somehow got knighted (okay, he didn’t actually, but basically spent a few years being a Disney prince).

  • Flew in helicopters for seven years: because the military can give you some pretty wild adventures.

  • Helped build rockets for SpaceX.

  • Survived the legendary Chevy Tahoe trip, where he had to dig poop holes and literally build a rock bridge to drive over a minivan-sized boulder to cheat death....maybe I'm being a bit dramatic but it's my podcast and I do what I want!!!

My list (and a few plot twists):

  • Beat cancer three times. (CHECK, CHECK, CHECK... listen, I’m an overachiever, okay?)

  • Worked at Coyote Ugly for seven years: and that era deserves its own damn docuseries.

    • I traveled, drank out of my share of fake legs, did more body shots than I can count, trained other Coyotes, learned to work a mic, and found a level of confidence I didn’t even know existed.

    • There was also that infamous night involving an exotic dancer in a three-story bar with an octagon in the middle and MMA Fighting — but you’ll have to listen to Episode 3 to get all the crazy details.

    • This is just the beginning of the stories from this ridiculously wild job, I'll be bringing some of my former Coyote coworkers onto the show soon to share their own wild check-offs, survival stories, and lessons from behind the bar. Those women taught me how to command chaos, which is probably why I crush a podcast mic now (wink wink).

  • Rap video — okay, I didn’t star in it, and it only made it as far as YouTube, but like I said — every random adventure counts.

DREW AND I'S FIRST EVER " FUCK IT" LIST CHECK OFF:

Our very first FUCK IT LIST adventure was skydiving. To be clear, I NEVER wanted to do it. Jumping out of a plane is nowhere on my “fun things to try” list. But we did it anyway, for a breast cancer fundraiser, and somehow, that made it even more meaningful.

I HATED it.He LOVED it.And somewhere between screaming, free-falling, and landing on solid ground, a great story (and a lifelong memory) was born.

That jump was just the first of many “fuck it” moments we’ve taken on together and was the start of our mission to turn fear into fuel and chaos into connection.

From European castles and helicopter missions to Coyote bar nights and total life detours, we talk about how every one of those moments...

the good, the bad, and the completely ridiculous....

it's all shaped who we are today.

It’s not about bragging. It’s about remembering that even when life sucker-punches you, there’s still joy, laughter, and a little bit of magic left in the madness.

WHAT'S NEXT:

There’s plenty more where that came from. We’ll bring on more guests to share their own FUCK IT LIST check-offs. Drew and I will share more of our incredible adventures including Big Bend, Ireland, Miami, and more. And… we’ll attempt our first official FUCK IT LIST task together: a food challenge.(Pray for us. Or at least bring Tums.)

YOUR TURN...IF YOU DARE:

Start a FUCK IT LIST today.

Write it on a napkin, type it in your phone, or scribble it on your bathroom mirror... just start. Then email us your favorite WTF moment, something you’ve already checked off — so we can share it in our next FUCK IT LIST episode!

Because sometimes the only way to live through the chaos…is to laugh, remember that ticking clock over your head, and say "FUCK IT! LET'S FUCKING GO!"
